These scrumptious, easy-to-make wraps are a healthier alternative to the turkey sandwich.  If you’re making chicken for diner,then build in leftovers and this dish will come together in 5 minutes.  One pound of chicken cut up in cubes is about 3 cups.

This recipe can be scaled up or down very easily depending on how many people you are feeding or how much leftovers you want to have.
