Chipotle Lime Avocado Sauce

Sort of like guacamole with a smokey twist.  Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce gives this sauce its great smokey flavor, and some heat.  For mild heat, use 2 teaspoons of just the adobo sauce.  For more heat, add a bit of chopped chipotle pepper in addition to the adobo sauce.

Serve it as a dip with veggies or corn chips, or as a spread on a wrap, burger or sandwich.
