This tangy, sweet, vinegar-based Cole Slaw is the perfect addition for your summer barbecues or family gatherings. Use a pre-shredded Cole Slaw mix and this dish will come together in under 10 minutes. I use a Mason Jar to combine all the dressing ingredients and shake them up. I like to use coconut sugar but you can substitute any other granular sugar that you like to use. The longer this dish sits, the better it tastes.
