Easy No Mayo Cole Slaw

This tangy, sweet, vinegar-based Cole Slaw is the perfect addition for your summer barbecues or family gatherings. Use a pre-shredded Cole Slaw mix and this dish will come together in under 10 minutes. I use a Mason Jar to combine all the dressing ingredients and shake them up. I like to use coconut sugar but you can substitute any other granular sugar that you like to use. The longer this dish sits, the better it tastes.

Wrap your slaw up in a tortilla with fish, avocado and hot sauce, and you’ve got fish tacos – a quick, easy weeknight dinner. Or serve alongside Turkey Sliders
