An all-time client favorite, this rich, creamy dessert is jam packed with antioxidants and healthy fats. This recipe uses the raw cacao which is much higher in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals than cocoa powder.
I once served this to 30 people at a cooking class and asked them to guess what made this dairy-free chocolate pudding creamy….and they couldn’t guess that it was avocados. Be sure to use very ripe avocados for best texture and flavor.
