Substitute spinach or other leafy green for parsley, or make a combination of leafy greens with the parsley.
Use this deliciousness to stir into salad dressings (think pesto vinaigrette), soups, paste dishes, sauteed veggies, or make a chicken salad with it – with or without mayonnaise. Basically, if you have a jar of this in the fridge you can flavor almost anything and turn even leftovers into a fabulous meal.
