I am the kind of person who overheats easily and when I do, I get cranky, miserable and headache-y. This smoothie is my oh-no-I-got-too-hot remedy. It takes me from miserable to happy in 3 minutes.

The mint, cucumber and watermelon have a cooling effect on the body. Coconut water, celtic sea salt and lime are all deeply hydrating.

Turn it into a tasty summer cocktail by adding a bit of vodka or rum.
